I Like Swimming
The reason why I like swimming is because in this sport I move most parts of my body....
arms, hands, legs, feet. Also,.. the breathing control is also a good exercise....... I find swimming is very relaxing too.... Sometimes sooo relaxing that I fall asleep while reasting after about ten laps
